Convercent's Community Code of Conduct - Converge Community

Welcome to the Converge Community! This community has been created so that ethics and compliance professionals, thought leaders, and Convercent users can ask questions of each other, exchange ideas, and connect.

Every community has its own culture and boundaries. We are excited to create this space for you, but we also ask you review the below guidelines, before posting, as we expect all members to be familiar with them and will be held accountable for following them as well. Community members will be held accountable if they violate these guidelines.

Community Guidelines

We embrace openness and diversity and appreciate varied points of view in a respectful manner. To maintain such an environment in this community, we ask you to extend the same courtesies to everyone participating here. We expect everyone to act with respect and to use proper judgment. Just as you'd want your own community to behave, we ask the same of you.

Here are some other considerations to remember when interacting in our community:

This a safe space, so there are no dumb questions. Accept that everyone has a different skill level.

Be respectful, friendly, and sincere to your fellow community members.

Keep your posts relevant to the topic.

We encourage you to use the Reactions (found in the little bar under every comment) to share your positive feedback with users.

Encourage other community members, especially those who are new to community engagement and use.

Share your experience and your knowledge. We can all learn something new, and we all have something to teach!

Read through these guidelines and follow them.

Have fun 😀

Rather than list forbidden behaviors, we request that you refrain from self-promotion and use the common sense of a public space we have created for your benefit. We know you are all professionals, and we trust you to treat this space as your own. We hope you will help us build a great community experience for everyone who is spending time here.

Please note, however, we reserve the right to immediately remove any post that does not conform to the goals set out without any warning. We also reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban any member who violates these rules. If you are not sure something may be in violation of these guidelines, please privately message a member of our team.

If you have a technical question, we recommend that you first search the knowledgebase side of our community. You can also submit a support case. For more information on submitting a support case, review the Accessing Convercent Support article.

Any post or comment that is related to a support ticket, will be removed from the community after a private message is sent to the poster providing instructions on how to submit a support case to ensure proper routing and timely follow-up by our team.
