<main> <article class="userContent"> <p>Configuring your Helpline with Convercent involves a few decisions: understanding whether you want simple or guided intake, knowing your issue categories so we can immediately set those up, figuring out how you want your landing page to look (does it include a message from CEO, link to policies, etc?), and more.</p><p>What do your Terms and Conditions look like? If you are purchasing the Advanced Onboarding package, you will have access to one setup for Terms and Conditions. If you are purchasing the Premium Onboarding package, you have access to unlimited T&C setups. We will happily provide you with T&C templates as a starting point. If you’re not purchasing either of those packages, you will have to pay extra for T&C. T&C tend to take time because they have to go through data security council for approval and translation.</p><p>You’ll also need to determine what you want for your message board—the templates and language that are sent to Reporters after they submit a case—and how you'll set up your user types, permissions, and notifications.</p> </article> </main>
