Convercent offers translations of 58 languages on web intake, 38 participant languages, and over 300 languages in our call center (lists below). Convercent customers get web intake and call center use as part of their subscription. If you want any additional participant languages, there is a one-time fee to license the language, based on the language you choose. That fee decreases if you bundle multiple additional languages.

Participant Language: The use of English as a participant language can decrease engagement for non-English speaking employees. Translations allow users to see the entire compliance platform in their own language.

Custom Text: For any text that you may want to customize (disclosure types, disclosure questions, intake questions, terms and conditions, etc.), you must provide us with that text in the language you want, or you can source those translations with us through our 3rd party provider for a fee.

Admin View: We do not translate the administrator view, so if you do have a dispersed compliance team, they will all see the platform in English.

By app:

Helpline and Case Manager

All standard system text on intake is already translated into 58 languages.

Afrikaans (South Africa)

Arabic (Iraq)

Arabic (Morocco)

Arabic (Saudi Arabia)

Armenian (Armenia)

Bulgarian (Bulgaria)

Czech (Czech

Republic)

Danish (Denmark)

German (Germany)

Greek (Greece)

English (United Kingdom)

English (United States)

Spanish (Argentina)

Spanish (Colombia)

Spanish (Spain)

Spanish (Mexico)

Finnish (Finland)

Filipino (Philippines)

French (Canada)

French (France)

Hebrew (Israel)

Hindi (India)

Croatian (Croatia)

Hungarian (Hungary)

Indonesian (Indonesia)

Italian (Italy)

Japanese (Japan)

Georgian (Georgia)

Kazakh

Korean (Korea)

Lithuanian

(Lithuania)

Latvian (Latvia)

Macedonian (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia)

Mongolian (Cyrillic, Mongolia)

Malay (Malaysia)

Norwegian, Bokmål (Norway)

Dutch (Netherlands)

Polish (Poland)

Portuguese (Brazil)

Portuguese (Portugal)

Romanian (Romania)

Russian (Russia)

Slovak (Slovakia)

Serbian (Cyrillic, Serbia and Montenegro (Former))

Swedish (Sweden)

Telugu (India)

Thai (Thailand)

Turkish (Turkey)

Ukrainian (Ukraine)

Urdu (Islamic Republic of Pakistan)

Vietnamese (Vietnam)

Xhosa (South Africa)

Chinese (Simplified, PRC)

Chinese (Traditional, Hong Kong S.A.R.)

Zulu (South Africa)

If custom elements are configured during an implementation (custom landing page text, custom terms and conditions, custom intake fields, custom issue types), customers are responsible for providing translations, or the Convercent can reach out to one of our preferred vendors.

Case Manager view for backend Administrators is only available in English.

Disclosures/Policy/Education

Participants can file Disclosures, respond to Campaigns, view Scorm courses, etc. The user language is chosen from the dropdown menu on the user’s profile.
